Draft for legal review before App Store submission and Intuit's app assessment.
These terms govern your use of the Pulse app and website ("Pulse"), provided by Makro Ops ("we"). By creating an account or using Pulse you agree to them.
Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Pulse is for independent adjusters and businesses working with firms in the VIP network.
Your data and connected services
You keep ownership of your data. If you connect QuickBooks Online, you authorize Pulse to read and write the records described in the app and on our QuickBooks page. You can disconnect at any time. Our privacy policy explains how data is handled.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Pulse: no false invoices, no access to others' data, no interference with the service, and no use that breaks the law.
Disclaimers and liability
Pulse is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Pulse doesn't provide tax or accounting advice.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
