Connecting QuickBooks

Pulse can keep QuickBooks Online up to date for you.

What Pulse writes

• Each firm you work with becomes a customer (matched by name, created if missing).
• Approved invoices become QuickBooks invoices, with the claim number in the memo.
• Payments are recorded when the firm pays you.

What Pulse never does

Pulse doesn't edit or delete anything you entered yourself. If you already type these invoices into QuickBooks by hand, stop once Pulse is connected, or your income will be counted twice.

Disconnecting

Profile → Accounting → QuickBooks → Disconnect. Records already written stay in your books. QuickBooks Desktop isn't supported.
